About DVT

4 questions

Digital Vallance Technologies (DVT) helps local businesses (contractors, med spas, shops, and service companies) get more customers and spend less time on busywork.

We do two things that usually come from different companies: easy software (a customer list, missed call text-back, one inbox for all your messages, and automatic review requests) and, if you want it, marketing we do for you (showing up on Google Maps, running your Google and Facebook ads, and setting up automatic follow-ups).

Many marketing agencies charge $2,500 a month just to run ads, while you still juggle 6 different apps (like Mailchimp, Calendly, and Podium) and miss half the people who try to reach you.

DVT gives you one system that does it all. We fix the leaks first: making sure every caller gets a fast reply and every happy customer is asked for a review. That way, every marketing dollar you spend turns into real jobs you can count.

No. You do not need to replace your existing website. DVT works with the website you already have (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or anything else). We just add a small piece of code or a form.

If you do want a new website, our team builds fast, modern sites that look great on phones and make it easy for visitors to become customers.

For our Software plans, your account is ready within 24 hours, and after a 1-on-1 setup session your Missed Call Text-Back, inbox, and mobile app are working in under 48 hours.

For Done-For-You plans, where we also set up your ads and your Google Maps listing, everything is live in 7 to 14 business days.

Our Software

4 questions

DVT can replace several monthly apps you may be paying for now, often saving businesses $400 to $900+ a month:

  • Podium / Birdeye: Replaced by DVT review requests by text.
  • Calendly / Acuity: Replaced by DVT online booking and text reminders.
  • Mailchimp / Constant Contact: Replaced by DVT email and text messages to your customers.
  • HubSpot / Pipedrive: Replaced by the DVT customer list and job tracker.
  • Call Tracking Metrics: Replaced by DVT call recording and call tracking.

Yes! You and your team get full access to the DVT Mobile App for iPhone, iPad, and Android.

Whenever a new customer calls, fills out a form, or sends a text, your team gets an alert on their phone. You can text back, call using your business number (so your personal number stays private), ask for a Google review on the spot, and update jobs from anywhere.

Instead of checking five different apps for customer messages, the DVT All-in-One Inbox puts every message in one place, in order:

  • Text messages (including photos)
  • Phone calls & recorded voicemails
  • Messages from your Google listing
  • Facebook Messenger & Instagram DMs
  • Website chats and emails

You can hand conversations to the right person on your team, leave private notes, and make sure no customer gets forgotten.

Some software companies charge $50 to $150 a month for every person who logs in. All DVT plans include unlimited team members and unlimited customers.

Add your front desk, technicians, estimators, and partners, and choose what each person can see, at no extra cost.

AI & Time-Savers

4 questions

Studies show that over 85% of callers who reach a voicemail hang up immediately and dial the next business on Google.

With DVT Missed Call Text-Back, when an incoming call goes unanswered, our system automatically sends the caller a friendly text within seconds: "Hi, this is Dave with Apex Plumbing! Sorry I missed your call, I'm currently on a job site. How can I help you today?"

The customer texts back instead of calling your competitor, so you keep jobs you would have lost.

No. It's not one of those frustrating robot menus.

The DVT AI assistant learns your business: your services, the areas you serve, your prices, and when you're available. It talks the way your business talks, answers questions naturally, asks the right questions, and hands the conversation to a real person on your team whenever needed.

Every DVT account comes with 5 ready-made follow-ups:

  • Fast reply to website inquiries: Anyone who fills out your website form gets a text right away.
  • Appointment reminders: Three reminders that cut no-shows by over 74%.
  • Quote follow-ups: Polite check-ins on quotes you've sent, so jobs don't go cold.
  • Review requests: Sends a link to leave a Google review when the job is done.
  • Past customer reminders: Reaches out to old customers with seasonal offers.

Yes. DVT online booking works with Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCloud.

When a customer chats or texts, the AI can check when your team is free, offer open times, and book the appointment on your calendar. No phone tag.

Google Maps & Ads

4 questions

When people search for a local service, Google shows a map with 3 businesses at the top. Over 70% of local calls come from those 3 spots. Google decides who shows up there based on three things, and we work on all of them:

  • Does your listing match the search? We pick the right business categories and describe your services using the words customers actually search for.
  • Are you well known and trusted? A steady flow of new reviews, photos of your work, and your name, address, and phone number listed the same way on 50+ sites like Yelp.
  • Are you active? Replying to reviews and posting updates on your Google listing regularly.

It depends on whether people are already looking for you:

  • Google Ads: Best when people search because they need help now (a leaking pipe, a broken AC, a toothache). They're ready to buy.
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads: Best for services people want once they see them, like med spa treatments, kitchen remodels, landscaping, or pools.

We often use both: Google ads catch people searching right now, and Facebook and Instagram ads remind people who visited your website but didn't call yet, for just pennies a day.

You pay Google and Facebook directly. You always see exactly where your money goes.

Some agencies secretly add a markup to your ad budget or keep your accounts in their name. We don't. Your card is connected straight to your own Google and Facebook ad accounts, and you always own your accounts, your results, and your ads.

DVT asks customers how their experience was before they post. Customers who had a great experience (4 or 5 stars) are sent to leave a Google review. Customers who had a bad one (1 to 3 stars) can tell you privately, so you can fix it before it becomes a public 1-star review.

For fake or spam reviews, we help you ask Google to remove them.

Pricing, Contracts & Billing

4 questions

No long-term contracts. All DVT software plans are month to month. You can change plans or cancel any time, with no fees.

For ads and Google Maps work, we recommend giving it 90 days, because results take a few months to build. But you're never locked into a yearly contract.

Your customer data belongs 100% to you.

If you ever leave DVT, you can download your whole customer list, messages, and appointments as an Excel file in one click. We never hold your customer list hostage.

Every plan includes a monthly allowance for texts and calls.

If you go over, you pay what the phone companies charge us (about $0.0079 per text and $0.013 per call minute). For most local businesses, that's $10 to $25 a month at most, far less than apps like Podium charge.

It depends on how much time your team has:

  • Software Plans ($147 to $497/mo): You get all the software (customer list, inbox, missed call text-back, mobile app, and ready-made follow-ups) and use it yourself. Great if you have staff to reply to customers.
  • Done-For-You Plans ($1,500+/mo): Our team works on your Google Maps ranking, runs your ads, reaches out to past customers, and keeps your follow-ups running for you.

Getting Started & Help

4 questions

No! We know you are busy running job sites and managing your business. You don't have time to spend 20 hours configuring software.

Every DVT plan includes a 1-on-1 setup session with our team. We set up your business phone number, connect your Google listing, bring over your customer list, and test everything before you start.

Not at all. If your employees know how to send a text message on their smartphone, they already know how to use DVT.

The mobile app looks and works like the texting app on your phone. We also have short 3-minute how-to videos and a training session for your team, so everyone feels confident from day one.

We offer multiple direct support channels:

  • Live chat: Quick answers right inside the app, on your computer or phone.
  • Email support: Help with changes to your setup.
  • 1-on-1 video calls: We share screens and fix trickier problems together.
  • How-to videos: Step-by-step videos you can watch any time.

The easiest way is to ask for our Free Marketing Checkup or book a free 15-minute call.

We'll look at where you show up on Google Maps, how many reviews you're getting, and how many callers you might be missing, and show you exactly where you're losing customers. No pressure, no obligation.
